MRO Module Browser

Contract can be used to manage all the terms associated with a contract for a customer including:

  • Contact details
  • Fixed price elements
  • Capping values
  • Labour, material and service mark-ups
  • Payment terms
  • Fleet / aircraft / component applicability

Work Order Management is concerned with all aspects of hangar maintenance work orders. These are generated from the Fleet Management module or, in the case of the MRO, generated either manually or from the contract.

Key elements of this module include:

  • Header details
  • Associated task cards
  • Sales groups where task cards can be linked into different sales groups
  • Planning details including the template for creating the Gantt chart
  • Quotations
  • Status dashboards
  • Invoice management

Hangar Management provides a visual overview of the status of any checks going through the hangar and / or the hangar bays. Bays are associated with the hangar and hangars are associated with the base. Multiple bases can be maintained within the system.

Intuitive Red/Amber/Green colour codes are used to show on track, warning and overdue status. Alerts are clearly shown against the specific area (parts, tools and labour) and users can drill down into the detailed Gantt chart to isolate specific issues.

Capacity Management enables users to view hangar based capacities and perform ‘what-if’ capacity scenario planning. This maximises efficiency across all resources based on combinations of shifts, skills, qualifications and availability.

Supervisor Portal allows a supervisor to view the activities of their workforce from any mobile device and then either roster them to a job, move them to a different hangar / bay or allow them to be rostered onto training.

Engineer Portal allows the engineer to view jobs that have been allocated to them and on selecting a job, manage a range of functions including:

  • View attached documents including OEM related documents
